Home  -  Brand identity  -  La Femme poster

Photo shoot, definition of the identity, the composition and the chromatic universe of the poster according to the global atmosphere of each medium-length movies.

I have been contacted by Hey Dude Productions for the launch of their last medium-length movies La femme qui voulait être heureuse (The Woman who wanted to be happy). I made poster dedicated to be present at multiple locations in the city of Le Havre, where the film drops down, and to promote 4 broadcasts at the cinema Le Sirius.

The challenge was obviously to find the spirit of the medium-length film, in which we are told the loss of identity and diving into the anxieties and old traumas of a young man after two fortuitous and mysterious encounters in the tram of Le Havre.

The story evolves in an urban and nocturnal atmosphere, the time of a plot in which come together fantasy, psychological thriller and romantic flashes. It is a vision of Le Havre chimerical and unreal that is presented, through an aesthetic expression with saturated colors closer to Suspiria than the industrial and gray image proper to this city. It is therefore this mix of genres and this contemporary Giallio atmosphere that led to the development of this design below.
